Pharaoh's maths

Sewing this morning, and then at school this afternoon for Master Pink's sharing assembly. It was all about his Egyptian topic. The whole class was dressed in their Egyptian costumes and looked fantastic. They treated us to some songs about how to mummify a body, and master Pink was the pharaoh and had an audience with various Egyptian characters. He was even offered someone's daughter to marry!
Afterwards, we parents were able to go and view the work in the classroom. It was really good to see what Master Pink had been up to over the term. We also had some "light refreshments" of chocolate pyramids and tea! Hoorah!
Miss Pink went to her swimming lesson thanks to Steve from next door - thanks Steve!
And Master Pink has no homework this week, even more hoorah!
