Parsnip pasta

I fancied a stir-fry today. To the bulk of marinated raw veggies I was going to add some cooked noodles. But wait- I had a spare parsnip, so I did the decent thing and went the whole hog in keeping my meal raw.

This blip shows the parsnip being prepared. A bit of fun for a wet Saturday afternoon.
