You guessed it....

another duck today. I couldn't resist, another species today. This is a male Common Goldeneye, as distinguished by the white patch in front of the eye. A very pretty one with the fluffy head that almost looks like a helmet. I was in a hurry and as a result forgot to clean my lens...so there the "splotch"or maybe "thumbprint" right in the middle of the blip....darn.... But nothing can spoil my mood and the beautiful blue sky and sunshine certainly help. Enjoy your Saturday!
