Anyone for coffee?
On Wednesday MOH returned home to fine 20 sheep in the garden!
On Thursday he noticed the farmer in the field tending one of the sheep so he went out for a chat. The sheep had green frothing at the mouth and the farmer believed he must had eaten some rhododendron leaves which are seemingly very poisonous to sheep. MOH asked him if it was treatable and the farmer laughingly said that a cup of coffee should do the trick. After checking if milk and sugar was required MOH set off for home to make the sheep his coffee.
The next ten minutes were spent trying to catch the sheep and get him to drink the coffee. After the deed was done MOH and S settled him in a sheltered spot against one of the fences and hoped for the best.
I took this picture today and the sheep in question was nowhere to be seen. Fingers crossed it survived.
