Day off

Unlike last week I was able to get a long lie on my day off today. I ended up getting up at a very leisurely half past ten. I had a lazy breakfast and a shower then a friend popped round.

Roz and I then took the chance to grab some lunch down the ferry befor heading back up so I could do some video editing while Roz headed out to the shops in Livi.

After all that it was off to Taekwon Do which, after the torture of Monday, was a pretty tough session as I was in pain before I went into it. Still, I got through it and feel much better for it now.
