Rising waters

I drove out to Bidford on Avon today, roughly just over half an hour from home, took my time as I've been done for speeding in these parts before! But no speeding today that is unless you have a powerboat.

They have been lucky there although it does look badly hit by the floods and you can see from the bridge just how high the water is.

I feel for all those in Somerset as it must be so awful to have your home destroyed by something you just can't stop.

It's been windy here now for two days, making it difficult to walk out in, and it was also really cold.

Roo looks frozen on these, but he was safely put back in the car as soon as we took the picture.
