Eight swans a-swimming

It was such a lovely day! The forecast rain did not arrive, thank goodness, and we got out for a walk along the coastal path. This necessitated a tootle through Pickie Fun Park - and it WAS fun! There were some hardy children out on the swans (good Celtic stock) and it looked like a summer 's day. It certainly didn't feel like the summer, but it wasn't 't even that cold - only fridge-like temperatures.

The Ards Man wanted to swing by the boat, so we diverted to the Marina on the way back to the car. It was all most pleasant! Here's hoping for a better week ahead, weather-wise. Those poor folk on the south coast certainly deserve a break from rain.
