Down by the River

Travelled up to the Lakes in pouring rain this morning to meet up with friends for a walk. Against all odds the rain went off and although the wind blew, we stuck to the lower paths for much of the walk. A great catch up and a fairly gentle twelve and half miles to loosen up the legs from yesterday's run : )
