The diet starts again......
.....this evening! Well I have to finish the bar of my favourite Lindt choc first!
And I did start this evening. I did two weeks of the Cambridge diet and ran out a couple of days before I went to the UK last week. So I managed to get a month's resupply whilst I was there. It's a very low calorie diet with shakes and soups and porridge. It has choc bars as well, but although I really like them I don't find they fill me up and I end up eating more than one. So I only took the liquids this time. The first three days are hell but after that you don't feel hungry any more and go into ketosis and feel really good. I don't know if I will do a whole month or do two weeks then a break for a week then another two. I'll see how I get on.
I know lots of people disagree with this diet but I need something with quck results to spur me on to continue. So hopefully this time I can get beyond "overweight"! Am starting at the obese stage again, but at least this time I'm not at the "severely obese" stage like I was last time I did it.
