Team Spirit
Fossey and I did a lovely long walk today, starting in the village of Bratton, climbing up the steep hill to the Imber Range Perimeter Road, following along that until we were level with the next village along, Edington, and descending into it, then made our way back to Bratton. It took us about 3 hrs although some of that was taken up with the occasional photo shoot and a display of tank manoeuvres, a training exercise called Team Spirit as far as I can make out from the Salisbury Plain Training Area website details. Fossey was less interested in watching the boys play 'tanks' and whined to let me know I'd wasted enough time and we should move on!
Back in Bratton we came across a row of daffodils all bursting into bloom. In February!
