A day of parts

Wonderful morning. Fluffy clouds. Lot of people walking on the beach with their dogs. Rumours of a rare visitor - the Kumlein Gull from Canada, although I failed to see any groups of twitchers to give me an idea where this elusive bird might be. We left early for Horsham and my pain clinic appointment for some more trigger point therapy.

By the time we got back home rolling storm clouds looked ominous and we had bouts of heavy rain. Then later this afternoon the sky turned pink and there was this lovely sunset. If you look carefully you can see the Isle of Wight in the distance.
