Out and at 'em

Waterproofs on and out into the winter rain, a busy day of 'here & there'.

First off to the climbing wall....all good there, back seems to be getting better & better!

Then to the dentist for more work on the ol' root canal...all good there too! Now all finished.

Next stop the physio...the most excellent Mark Roberson (one time professional javelin chucker). He really put me through it today but it's all going in the right direction....all good there then!

And now the sky is so clear....all good there as well!
