Mrs C's cooking tip for the day
Yes thats right Mrs C which is me, offering you a cooking tip.
Now I was told this valuable piece of knowledge twice today by two different people but guess what - I already knew.
When poaching eggs(i can't poach eggs but i know someone who can) putting a drop of vinegar in the water stops the egg white swirling round the pan.
Also when boiling eggs if you put vinegar in the water if the egg cracks it stops the white spilling out of the shell and spoiling.
So there you have Mrs C's cooking tip for the day. Happy poaching.
