Out for a short drive this afternoon, we went to the church of Warkleigh, looking for a grave of an old friend who died in 2011, just never managed to get to her grave to pay our respects - we found her, her ashes in with her husbands. The church is or was let's say mediaeval, but totally ruined by those darn Victorians - it needs a lot of TLC & has the worst damp I have *ever* seen in a church before! But it does have it's rood screen just about intact, but not where the screen should be at the front, it's actually at the back!

This picture is looking out over at Exmoor, yes, it did rain, rather heavily after this shot was taken, but the light was stunning. Another band of severe weather coming in tonight, lots more rain, might be turning to snow & strong winds - each weather system seems to be worse then the one before! I managed the gym this morning, first real session since being ill, it was tough going, but I managed my 2 hours! :) xxx
