My first sighting of one of our female blackbirds collecting nesting material. It's usually around this time too. She was so busy, as ever she didn't realise I was stalking slowly up to her, camera poised. When she did, she didn't take a blind bit of notice, she was so concentrated in her task :)

Light of my life

Actually managed to get out today, had a lovely walk. It was mild but grey. Lots of birds around & signs of spring all over the place. Very cold now, I'm still trying to warm up! :) xxx
