To be Uninspired

I had today been to a tribunal meeting in Douglas.

The day had been long and had been rather lacking in inspiration.

On walking back to my car I happened to pass this new carving on a tree in a small park area.

When I saw it in the distance my spirits rose. Could they be a couple of meercats?

On getting closer I really do not know what to make of the endeavour at all.
