War wounds

A day on site today. A day of getting nowhere. We have 4 different spreadsheets in 4 different formats tracking 4 different things. Add on to that the fact that some potential customers do the 4 different things and the order of people on each spreadsheet is not logical means that there was a lot of paper shuffling and confusion as we "walked the halls".

3 different people with 3 different ways of doing things adds to the turmoil. I am tasked with sorting this mess out (and the way things are run don't seem the best way to me). Also spent a good few hours on the company directory building a hierarchy of who is in who's group and seeing the lay of the land. Actually felt I achieved something although not sure it will ever be used!

Football tonight. The early game so battling the rush hour traffic. Made it in time to run on the pitch and play. Dirty opposition. Got hacked down about 5 times and reopened the wound on my knee after thinking it was healed after a week off last week. Got this nice wound (blipped) after a stud in the chest (de Jong style??)

We ran out losers again 6-4 - won 1 lost 3 so far this season. Scored a decent goal, set up another and had a cracking shot from near the half way line clawed away from the top corner. Felt pretty fit after a week of sitting on my ass and eating like a pig!
