Somethings Old, Something New
No excuses for not getting out today (apart from the weather, but that's a given these days, and having to MOT the car, but that was done and dusted by 9 o'clock this morning), and somehow the dark sneaked up before I'd picked up the camera. With all this nice old glass to play with too.
The big Canon lens looks a bit ridiculous with the tiny wee Sony strapped to the back of it (or is it vice-versa?), and I've not actually had a chance to use that yet; the extra weight with that just might be a bit too much for the small mirrorless chassis. But, the others - Nikon, Canon and Minolta primes, Vivitar & Bell & Howell zooms, are all in really good condition and playing nicely with the new technology. For kit that's been lying around unused and unloved for years it's nice to be able to give them a new lease of life. And good fun too.
