Return to Abbey Normal
After a trip to the big purple computer shed for a few pennies worth of plastic and cabling that, because it has an Apple logo, cost £40, the weather stopped it's nonsense long enough to let us wander around some abandoned old buildings and take my mind off the fact I'd just spent £40 on some plastic and cabling.
This was the view over the River Forth near Cambuskenneth, towards the Abbey and with Stirling and the Castle beyond. As the postie had delivered another camera mount adapter this morning I had a chance to play around with some more old glass, this time a 50mm Minolta prime. Nice. Liking that.
Now off to look out the felt pens and Pritt Stick to make a card for my Valentine for tomorrow; if she hadn't wanted that £40 cable, she might've got a shop bought one and a couple of Walnut Whips thrown in.
Cheap? Me?!?
