Time

The view from my consulting room chair on the rare occasion when the room is patient free.
I share my room with one of my female partners who recently introduced the clock. It's cunningly placed so that I can see it when consulting and therefore get increasingly stressed at how late the surgery is running.
Less rude she argues than constantly looking at your watch or the clock on the PC.
Quite pleased with the blip - started experimenting with HDR on the I phone which certainly gives a better result.
