Harlaw - closed for business

Half term so lot of folk away and the town feels a bit quiet.
Quite a lot of my day job involves telling folk to get more active . However this gets more difficult when our local green spaces are closed for business.
Harlaw playing fields are quite close to where I was brought up - we were always up there playing football and I can never remember the playing fields being closed.
To give the council their due I think part of the problem may be vandalism which may have forced them to padlock the gates - a great shame.
