Seated

"But from now on, the Son of Man will be seated at the right hand of the mighty God" Luke 22:69

Today's picture is not very interesting. It is a chair we bought from Ikea when we moved house, we did not have enough chairs in our living room, and so bought two of these ones.

The Bible verse, however, is interesting!! Jesus is seated at the right hand of God. A few days ago I mentioned about a book I had read "Heaven is for Real" and the child that had gone to heaven. One but of his account of heaven that sticks in my mind is that he described Jesus sitting at the right hand of God. Then his Dad was curious and so asked him who was on the left side, to which the little boy answered "Gabriel of course".

I was wondering today about heaven and whether or not we will need to eat, and whether or not we will be able to enjoy food if we do not have the same need for food. It probably will be something that will never cross my mind actually in heaven, but it was a thought I had today!!
