Very similar blip to yesterday! I had all the same ingredients and I really like salmon so I made it again.

Busy day. A good run home, 6.6 miles and backpack not an issue today. Got a bit lost in Battersea park but found my way out again in the right place luckily!

Mike is tired and fed up cos he hates his job and it's very bad at the moment. So he will be relieved when the weekend gets here. Looking forward to our date night tomorrow night, it's been a while!
