Large White Heron Posing

This large white heron was walking down the drive as I came into Perico Island to pick up my friend Carol for our afternoon get together! As the white heron stood still and calm as a statue, I had time to grab my camera, and this beautiful bird let me snap a good shot! I continued onward and left this graceful bird to catch more bugs and enjoy the sun and warmer weather of the day.
