Flooded

Such a relief to see the sun this morning and I think apart from a light shower, we were rain free all day. Just wish it was going last!

This is a shot of a field which runs parallel with the Thames at Kingston... it has now become part of the river! The water really has no where to go and as I stood on the bridge watching the swollen river, I felt very sad for all those people who have been affected by the floods. I just wish there was an end in sight...
