Birthday Tea

So today Luke arrived in Sheffield bright and early and when he got to the house he presented me with a pretty posy of white roses and pink carnations and yellow tulips for Mum. After a cup of tea we set off to collect my parcel from the post office which was a Valentine's gift from Luke. My present was supposed to arrive for Christmas but instead was delivered in time for Valentine's, a Southwold themed Monopoly game from one of my favourite shops in my favourite town, Spots.
We headed to Sainsbury's for food shopping for birthday tea and bough some delicious treats for the evening including pork bellies and Dr Oetker fungi pizza!
Then after shopping Luke and I visited Fiona for an afternoon hello. We brought her a Valentine card and rose which she appreciated, it was the first rose she had ever had for Valentine's.
After the visit we came home to see Diane and Jon and Grandma for my birthday tea. I opened a couple of presents and received a brooch and birth stone fairy from Grandma and some chocolates from Diane and Jon. We ended dinner with chocolate orange bucks fizz birthday cake and I blew out my '2' and '7' candles before slicing everyone a piece to enjoy.
