It must be terrible being blind – and I cannot help but think that, in spite of many helpful aids, this world today contains as many hazards as in the past.

These advertising signs provide an olympic-style obstacle course to avoid. Added to my current pet-hate – folk who park vehicles ON the pavement – combines to service that Grumpy Old Man feeling !

Sporty Bit . . . Boro had 64% of the possession today, more shots at goal than their opponents and more attacking corners . . . and lost 1-0.
