Britain's busiest railway station

Clapham Junction pano. On the way to Brighton for the half marathon tomorrow. We had to wait for an hour because the train we planned to catch was cancelled. The information boards all warned of delays due to "fallen trees, landslips and flooding".

I've not seen all of those excuses together before. My favourite excuse is "Swans on the line at Staines". This used to be used quite a lot but it seems that the swan sanctuary at Staines has got better at keeping its swans off the railway. My least favourite excuse is "person under a train". Too horrible to think about.
