Hoth Haven - on the Lake

It's a good thing I didn't know how close we were to open water (there's an extra in my Blipfolio that shows it, though), because I don't think I would have been comfortable standing where we stood.
A few years ago the lake was frozen slightly less - and that was already so very impressive - but it was nowhere near as impressive as today. About 70% of Lake Michigan is ice - 90% of all of the Great Lakes (Huron, Superior, Erie, Ontario) is ice.

Today there were no waves crashing, today we walked AROUND the lighthouses, today we walked the waves :)
