Owl Omission

Had a 4 star day with my sister! Blue skies, sunshine, beautiful scenery, yummy lunch, shopping... who could ask for more?? Well, we could! We were in search of a snowy white owl & drove to a location where one had been spotted. But, no go. It will happen. Just not today.

The town where we stopped to have lunch was having a Yeti Festival & this picture is of a yeti sculpture someone built around a bench.

Yeti = Abominable Snowman.
Yeti Festival = Excuse to get people together & encourage eating & drinking frivolity on an otherwise boring ordinary winter day.
