Lots of Art
of various sorts. Following on from yesterday's back-blip...
Didn't do much today except pay a shortish visit to the V&A. I was very taken by this sculpture of a woman feeding her child and the great expression of love and caring on her face. Also one of the most life-like sculptures I've ever seen.
It's worth going to the V&A just to see the Jameel Prize 3 exhibition, some brilliant stuff in my opinion.
A great weekend. More pictures are here.
Serin was worn out as usual by a visit to her favourite dog-sitter.
PS The sculpture is by Jules Dalou (1873)
