Aaaaaargh for a sunny start to half term!!! All the numpty parents were in the woods with their darling children. A sparkly tutu surely isn't the best clothing for a little girl to play in the mud. Mothers of the Day award goes to the three gossiping women standing on the hard path while their young sons were walking in the stream out of sight. Given the fact the water level is high and the stream has broken branches scattered throughout and the boys were aged 5-7, the parents' neglect made me angry.

Anyway.... the dogs enjoyed going off the main paths to avoid as many bellowing children as possible. We came home covered in mud and they were all sniffed out. Storm sat at Alice's feet to beg her lunch and the tired girls curled up on the wimdowsill to sleep off their excitement. I went to see the Husband at work and pottered around doing some errands. Hmmm where to walk tomorrow to avoid the idiots?
