Sunset

"And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:7

This was the scene out the front of the window when we were driving home. Don't worry, my husband was driving. It was a very pretty sunset, with nice pastel colours against the clouds. It was very nice to see. I have always loved sunsets and sunrises, I think most people do, it is like God paints the sky a different colour every time. Looking at a sunset is very peaceful....

Which brings me nicely onto the Bible verse, which talks about the peace of God that transcends understanding. There is much about God that transcends understanding. We get glimpses of the power and awesomeness of God, but I am certain that as much as we do so and experience, there is so much more. An amount that transcends understanding!!

This verse also give us another clue about how to protect ourselves, and how to access this peace through Jesus....
