Benefits of no cats

The cats from next door have moved away, so now for the first time in 6 years I can hear birds sing and see them in the garden. It really makes a change, I know they probably failed to catch a single bird in their time, but they kept them away really well.

Another day of working from home, a couple of people needing to visit for quotes on the house and a chance to get on with things uninterrupted. It's just turned 2pm and now the deluge is starting!
