Not from Amsterdam....

...but from the florist instead. Actually they may have been from Amsterdam originally, but I didn't check.

They do however lighten up the lounge especially at night, although these are definitely getting shorter, it's light at 7.45 and not dark till 6 pm...the sun was shining today and the plants are starting to grow. I imagine there will still be a cold snap, however it's looking up.

Two consecutive days at home in the office, and tomorrow an earlyish start to meet with a Dutch colleague, who is travelling home mid morning. Then back home before lunch for my usual Friday afternoon debrief with the boss via FaceTime. It's all starting to hang together again I think, the change in role has been a big change, now apart from missing my old team (which won't change) I am starting to get to grips with things.
