The diet starts....
I've got my gym habit back a bit, managing twice a week recently, not at my sometimes 5-6 times as I used to pre fatherhood.
One thing I haven't got back in shape is my diet. Like most people we got chocolates at Christmas and I let my healthier eating go a little in the run up. I thought once we'd eaten all the chocolates I'd get healthier again and yet we don't seem to be making a dent in the chocolates on the shelf. In fact we've got more since Christmas and it's a catch 22, you need to eat more to get rid of them quicker but then you're eating more chocolate!
