I struggled all morning with a flat-pack kit where the screws just did not line up with their counterpart holes. No way, no matter how I tried, was it ever going to work out.
So the item is now to be collected on Saturday as 'Faulty Goods'. That was another hour and more on the phone. Really, there is some shocking Customer Service around.
