Elbow Grease

After dropping R off at work my son & myself headed to the workshop at my work. P had to finish off a Butterfly Pencil holder which he started a while back. A friend from his from school asked him to make one after being impressed with P's crocodile effort last year. He finished it off nicely, while I had a shelf to construct for D's kitchen.

With time to spare he insisted on making a clock so I suggested he use some old recycled bits of wood. This is P chiselling out a rebate out of a jelutong off-cut for the clock mechanism. He managed to assemble it all only for the mechanism not to work.

He was dead chuffed with himself today and Mummy & Daddy were proud as punch!
