A day of firsts!

After a yummy lunch catching up with friends, L decided she wanted to ride her bike without stabilisers.
She went round and round the carpark a few time with them on and then informed me that she didn't need them anymore. She hopped back on after I removed them and off she went on her first go! Stopping is a little hit and miss as she keeps using the front brake!
In other news I managed a 5k run in 26 minutes! Knocking a whopping 5 minutes off my PB!

L finished the day with a massive nose bleed in bed
:-( I think all the blood scared her but it soon stopped. She looked like something from a horror film. Clever mummy got all the blood out of her favourite tinker bell nighty!
