Langwathby Bridge

This bridge was put in place over the river Eden about 40 years ago, after the sandstone bridge was washed away in the floods. It was only supposed to be temporary until they built another bridge, but it is still doing its job today.
We had a wet walk beside the river with the dog, you can just see Beinn on the grass.
