Over the bridge

This is the original bridge over the Menai Straits which divide the island of Anglesey from North Wales. My sailing advisers tell me that the Straits are a particularly tricky bit of water but that won't be bothering me. I hope you will be able to see the snow on the tops of the mountains of Snowdonia. It is all very scenic here at the moment and we have a very comfy little apartment to stay in just outside Beaumaris for a couple of nights.

We hope to travel across the island tomorrow to go to the Bird site at South Stack.
