Disgusting.

One of the words I dislike the most is what is printed on this packet.

I could not believe that in this day and age companies allow this to be printed. In this case it means slow release tablets but still to me they should use modified release.

We had a meeting today with the porters about what was troubling them. It went quite well better than expected.

This time next week pops will be in our new house :-)
