Death to Zen.

The comic strip within a comic strip idea didn't really pay off with hilarious jokes, but it did give me several where Tad is more of an active character - a lot of the time Tad is exposed to something and either deadpans it or walks off panel; this week he got to interact on a really personal level with pretty much everyone else in the strip.

I'll go more into it next entry, but this also pretty much mirrors my entire creation of the comic strip itself, including the attempt to find a premise and telling my friend Ben I'd rather do the strip by myself. Cartooning is for only the strongest of selves.
