Sand Ripples and Shadows

This is possibly the most bizarre blip I have ever posted. It was captured when we were on our walk this morning with a pack of dogs (5 in total). The ripples on Little Beach in John Muir Country Park are caught beautifully by the morning sun which emphasises their contours but also creates long shadows from the trees across their path., so you get an abstract pattern of wavy sand lines and dark horizontal lines. Add to this the random element of one dog who was determined to get in on the act albeit in shadowy form and you have my blip for today.
