Treetop walk

Today's agenda - Greymouth to Arthur's Pass. Rather than go direct to Arthur's Pass we continued south beyond Hokitika and visited the Westcoast Treetop Walk centre and had a walk in the tops of the trees on a purpose built walk way. Interesting time although we did not see any wild life except a few birds by the centre building. After coffee we headed back to Hokitika, where we had lunch, and then onto Arthur's Pass. We stopped at the viaduct in the hope of seeing Kea but they had more sense than to be out in the heavy rain. Weather has been a mix of bright sunshine interspersed with heavy rain showers. In Arthur's Pass we are in the same motel and cabin when we were here in 2008.
