More Sun, Much More Cloud
The Sun only appeared for a few moments through heavy cloud cover and this is the result!
The central sunspots consist of two groups, AR1861 and AR1862. They sprawl across the Sun's surface for about 175,000 miles and whilst harbouring energy for flares, they are unlikely to cause aurora at our latitudes.
