Tree Shadows at Bercy
Another outing in Paris with our friends Nine and Didier, this time to the Parc Bercy, directly across the Seine from our apartment in the 13th. We took the busses 62 and 64 directly there. The park is elongated and highly designed, very much in a French manner (see the map or the link above). At the south-east end is the Bercy Village, the subject of this blip. It has a long alley with shops and restaurants (we had a self-serve lunch at a lovely bakery. This awning extends the entire length, and the thin trees provide nice shadows at intervals.
I'd thought of doing a general view, but I'll hold off for a few weeks until the leaves come in (and then I'll link back to this image).
I've added this to my shadows series.
