Happy Birdday to Me

Celebrating a birthday with bird releases seemed a pretty good idea to me.
Tui #2 was not quite in agreement. After checking out the surrounds in the park from the comfort of my hand, this is what he did next!
'Prosecco', the white rescue pidgeon took to the idea of free flight with more enthusiasm. Pictured on the right, getting comfortable on the roof. Her buddies took a bit longer ... come on guys, what ever happened to 'free as a bird'??? ;)
