New life

It seemed to me that this tree had been brutally pollarded at the close of last summer. I have avoided looking at it since. Today I noticed the regrowth and it is already changing from ugly to a majestic tree once again. This is my first black and white effort. I was torn because the sun popped out and the colours were nice as well.
