Spelling It Out

How difficult it is to avoid a direct confrontation with a near neighbour whom we don't know and who toilets her large dog in the communal gardens at the front of our flat, having not seen the letter from the management forbidding such behaviour.
We are cowards and are therefore going down the friendly letter route........hopefully preventing raised voices and an unneighbourly spat.
